"I miss Nick and I miss the fact that I can't hang out with somebody that I really want to," said Homme. "No one ever asked me, 'Wow, he was your best friend of all these years. That must have been real difficult?' No one ever asked me that simple question. And no one ever considered that I'm still friends with everybody else so there must have been something there."
When asked if he and Nick Oliveri would ever be able to put their differences behind them, Homme said, "When something happens, you sit there and think, 'Wait a minute, I didn't do anything!' I realize that I kind of enabled the situation and that's where I'm at fault, but I wouldn't take it back. It's just plain difficult and I really wish that he and some of the people he was around hadn't attacked because it would have allowed me to stay out of it in a way and do what I was doing, which was keeping my mouth shut."
y yo... pq era un placer escuchar los temas cantados por oliveri y le restaban monotonía a las canciones más "pesadas" (de coñazo) en sus conciertos. Espero que se reconcilien y podamos tener un poco más de caña en futuros lanzamientos de qotsa pq estos dos últimos discos, aunque me gustan, noto que les falta algo y se me hacen bastante pesados escucharlos enteros.
