In a world exclusive interview, Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has revealed the title of the bandÂ’s forthcoming album.
Durst called the K! office to reveal the title of the follow-up to 2005Â’s The Unquestionable Truth (Part 1) an hour ahead of posting it on his Twitter page.
"We thought we'd tell Kerrang! before everyone," says Durst. "I'm ready to make this post on Twitter but I figured I'd call you guys first.
"The name of the new Limp Bizkit album is Gold Cobra," he continues. "We will slowly be revealing the meaning of the title over the next few weeks. Cobras are quite venomous. I wish it were a much longer, more ridiculous title, but Gold Cobra is as ridiculous as we're going to get right now."
Gold Cobra will be released early next year through Flip/Interscope/Polydor.
