After more than a yearÂ’s worth of inactivity while frontman Rivers Cuomo finished an English degree at Harvard, WEEZER has come back to life.
The group “is just polishing up a batch of songs for a recording session that is going to start at the beginning of July,” according to a post from Cuomo on the WEEZER Web site. “This will be the final recording session for our sixth album, which we aim to put out in the first half of 2008.”
One Cumomo demo, titled “Pig,” began making the rounds online in April but it is unknown if it will appear on the new album.
The as-yet-untitled set will be the follow-up to the 2005 Geffen release “Make Believe.” A live DVD shot during a Japanese tour was planned to tide fans over last year, but it never saw the light of day and has apparently been shelved until further notice.

Pues a mi al contrario. Me gusta más éste que los dos anteriores: el Green y el Maladroit. Eso sí, los dos primeros están a un nivel muy superior.
Estoy deacuerdo en que los dos primeros son ,y me temo que seran,los mejores de su discografia pero Make Believe me gusto mucho mas que Maladroit,que creo que es el unico disco flojo que han hecho.

La banda ha anunciado que el nuevo disco se llamará "Red Album" y está prevista su salida para el 17 de junio
Si, a mi tb me gustó el "make believe", con canciones como la de "we are all on drugs".
Otra banda que aparte de su debut (menos badi joly, por favor) y alguna canción, nunca me han dicho mucho.
