Slipknot and Disturbed have officially been confirmed for the inaugural run of the "Rockstar Mayhem Tour" - a new annually-planned trek put together by Kevin Lyman and John Reese, the two behind the "Warped Tour" and "Taste Of Chaos Tour". The tour is expected to run through July and August with more dates and bands to be announced soon.
Slipknot will be touring in support of their as-yet untitled new album which is expected out in August, while Disturbed are on course to release their new album "Indestructible" in May.

“It has so much power in it and yet there are so many great spots for melody,” Taylor explained. “I got to the point where I was tired of pretending that I couldn’t sing every time I made a Slipknot album, so this time I’m going all out.”
Taylor also stated that the band will appear in “evolved‘ new masks and outfits which will be “very dark” to fit the image of the new album.
