Corin Tucker, the former and hopefully future Sleater-Kinney leader, is gearing up to release her first-ever solo album this fall. Today, the folks at Kill Rock Stars announced that they'll release the as-yet-untitled album on October 5. And around the time that album drops, Tucker will take her oceanic wail on the road, hitting a few venues on the West Coast.
On the brief five-date trip, Tucker will be backed by Unwound's Sara Lund and the Golden Bears' Seth Lorinczi, both of whom play on the album.
