She has been detained after breaching the state's 'Animals Running At Large' law in 2009 when horses she kept at her home escaped, and her neighbours contacted the police.
The bassist subsequently missed four scheduled court appearances and hasn't paid the fine she was issued with, leading to her arrest.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Wretzky was arrested on Tuesday (February 8 ) after a warrant was issued for her detention. She is scheduled to be released on Monday (February 14).
